To Refuse Violence, Begin With a Boundary

Dear Substack Community: I am thinking about what day it is: Memorial Day. We often live int he past, and repeat the past, because we don’t choose the boundary we need to create conditions for the future. And, the future is now, the present moment. So, might we imagine countries as a way to create conditions for another possible world? I hope so!
