Midweek Political Roundup

a note on our current political ordering

It’s Wednesday, which means that it’s time for a midweek post; I call it a midweek political roundup post! As I watch the news from a global perspective and see the coup in Niger, the imperialism of the United States, the instability of Latin America (as a result of the US), the rise of fundamentalism globally, and so much more, I am more and more convinced that we need a new political order starting from the ground up! We need base communities standing up for the reign of justice. We need to retrieve the wisdom that we have policed out, an imagination that can save us, and voices who are calling for justice. We need each other!
