Life AFTER Deconstruction

Many people don’t realize that I began deconstructing as soon as I went to college at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. I learned about the philosophical tradition of deconstruction and I also learned how to think critically about the intersections of race, class, sex, gender, sexuality, ability, nationality and many other things as I was figuring out what my theology was. I went on to study theology and ethics for two more degrees culminating in a PhD in Constructive Philosophical Theology & Philosophical Ethics. I have also read a lot about the philosophy of deconstruction and how to weave that tradition into the praxis of deconstruction within Exvangelical and Post-Evangelical circles.

Things are coming full circle, because I was recently invited to join the DreamWide Forum to talk about deconstruction and life AFTER deconstruction. It’s happening in Nashville, TN on 8/12, and I hope y’all can make it. If you can’t make it in person, you have an option for a virtual attendance and you can NAME YOUR OWN price!

Want to join? Click here to learn more!

I hope y’all will join us either IRL or virtually! Word is getting out! Only 100 tickets for IRL, but the skies the limit for virtual attendees!

Onward, -Dr. Robyn.
